Meal Prepping With Kids
If you aren't subscribed to the family fudge on youtube you should be. The creator is a mom from Florida (I think) and she homeschools her kids and packs their lunches in such a fun way. She is so full of positive energy and bubbly that I almost find it sickening. Haha. I watch all of her videos and think "I want to do that" especially her organization videos! I felt inspired so I created a book to create bento like lunches and sketch out ideas for food placement on one page, write down everything she put in the box on that same page.
Then on page two create the grocery list which is organized by section so you don't wander the store endlessly. I then made 52 copies of these pages (one set per week for one year) and put it for sale on Amazon so it can be printed when ordered.
Now you can watch channels on youtube for meal ideas and write it down as you go and weekly grocery trips are planned and ready for you.

We did it
The bigger challenge is keeping track of cheaper containers and lids. Those bentos can be expensive. I recommend stickers or some marker that wont wash off easily.
Another channel I love and swear by...
People often crictize Josh for high costs but I say the only people who say things like that don't cook well for themselves often. I love his ideas and energy. We made his burritos, and tasting bacon in the black beans was all I needed to preach his methods. Josh also cooked his way from being a LORGE kid to an average looking dude and in 2023 he is challenging himself to get strong.
